2a) Small items (safety pin, push pins, screws) were in unlocked kitchen drawer and outlet covers posed a choking hazard 2c) Loose cables in room next to kitchen and multiple loose cables outside next to house were capable of forming a loop and posing a strangulation hazard 2d) Plastic bags were in unlocked drawer in kitchen accessible to children posing suffocation hazard 3b) Wall heaters were hot to touch, capable of burns, and accessible to children 3c) Sliding mirror closet doors were in three rooms posing a pinching hazard to children 3e) Hose outside in backyard posed tripping hazard and was accessible to children 4c) Light bulbs in bathroom were exposed and not shatter resistant 4f) Stairway to upper deck was not gated off and accessibel to children 5a) Outlets in main play area, hallway, and infant sleeping area were not tamper resistant 5b) Outlet in bathroom next to sink was not GFCI or tamper resistant
